The deformation process is that with the downward movement of the punch} die, the outer diameter of the plate embryo on the die surface is continuously reduced, and the circular blank is gradually pulled between the punch and the die to form a straight wall. The plate at the bottom of the punch is stretched into the bottom of the stamping part. When all the plates are} into the gap between the punch and the die, the whole stretching process is over. At this time, the deep drawing stamping part is hollow
